Halo US, Halo UKโฆ.
I happened to meet a guy – he said he resembled Britainโฆ he said he resembled the United Statesโฆ he was dressed like a broke, his demeanour was that of a thug or dacoitโฆ and his target was people with decent Jobs :).
I saw reality in him, and along side him, I saw the Brit, and the American – compromised in their own potential, as a way of paying off – their creation – this broke guy with misdemeanours!
Can this be a way of life? Lemme keep aside the broke guy (& his resemblance aside), & pose a question to the office going brits and americans – Why do you go to office? Why do you commute on streets? What do you do in office? Vs What are you expected to be doing in each of these activities? Can it be called a deficit, or a Blunder?
And so came the answer from someone (or someone else to be honest) – We have been cut-off from our roots, tis like being without a mother, and without a father. So lemme link you to The Mother & The Father – The Words, and the English Language!
I did my Masters in the United States, and returned back home immediately, but the 2 years I spent in the States – taught me all about the US, as well as the European Culture in general! Education IMHO has given you everything it had to offer you – from formal to specialized levels, is your employment system at a lack of goal? Is your employment system at fault, or is it “Strictly outside environment”, with nothing of an insider framework – which is people designed, at fault?
Are you at a stage – where your systems of office – has been blinded to not know what it is seeking, or who it is seeking, and so happens to be true with the Job Seekers as well! And who has done that – who has taken it that far, & for how long? Is it a Job Profile problem – & at the same time the job doers problem – what I had experienced all throughout ever since I graduated from Portland State University, in Portland, OR, USA. I describe it the PJ nil syndrome – or Pankaj Nil Syndrome – Pankaj means clarity in eyes, with nil clarity, no one is in a position to reach the focal point – as an employer what (& who) are you seeking, and so goes true with job seekers or prospective employees – no one knows what they are seeking, or what they would want to seek – despite the specializations. The reason being post a specialization, a person is supposed to converge on his options, to become crystal clear than ever before – or in other words, his own state of being a Pankaj, sharpens with specialization. Instead what we see (with the PJ Syndrome) is mockery (or PJ – a short form of mockery in Marathi language :)) of both specialization, and what a person needs to seek “Post” his Specialization :). Post Specialization, the American, and Brit Job Seeker, is seeking no jobs, or any jobs – demeaning his own graduation as a Specialized Degree Holder, or Advanced Degree Holder :). 2006 was high time, and long dueโฆ. to deport Pankaj Syndrome from the United Statesโฆ. today we are in 2026โฆ 2 decades laterโฆ. wake up Americaโฆ. wake up Britain! The “PJ-Post” Syndrome is haunting you :).
Who am I to tell you what to do, being an outsider, with no work authorization (ever since 2006) to work in your country, (especially with local norms set forth in light of the PJ Syndrome for 20 years nowโฆ) I really can’t put forth my opinions or views, hmmm, & so would be futileโฆ in trying to urge me to do so :). Does, being a Brit, or an American – become a license…. to be a forever exception to worldly rules, and norms…. especially cost of Professional Help, what gets called as Advice… is that what prevails as what was learnt by me as the European & American culture, with high & strict standards of Professionalism!
Good Bye – “PJ & Post Syndrome” โฆ equates to “Good Bye Continuity” :), as enforced by the Brits, and the Americans (upon whom? upon themselves?):), And there byโฆ holding on ransom – their own Employment systems, Professional Systems, and Systems for Performance & Talent Management :). You got my answers โฆ. as Futile :)โฆ common sense but dam(ed) by the “Pankaj Post Syndrome” Dam which the Brits, and Americans built taller than (the Hoover Dam?) โฆ for Pankaj’s sake ๐ – A Dam that blocks your own vision, however tall you may be ๐
