I just had an amazing Masala Tea, I paid the tea vendor with gratitude, his Paytm soundbox just acknowledged, along with a Jai Shreeram slogan – & just as I hear that, heres hanuman ji – Vaanar right in front of me suddenly : some coincidences are worth cherishing for a long time. I am near Monkey Hills Lonavla, miles away from Pune, as I stopped by on my way to Mumbai for an appointment.

I am miles away from the city of Pune – & it is no less than feeling as liberated as 1st gen americans must have felt – to be me myself & no one else! Yes to be honest I am fed up with Pune’s version of perfection, to the extent that I have shifted camps – from being a जाज्वल्य आभिमानी पुणेकर that I was by birth, to being तुम्ही शेर तर आम्ही सव्वा शेर मुंबईकर – as The Great पु.ल. देशपांडे had written aptly about Punekars, Mumbaikars, Nagpurkars.

The non-sense notions of perfection that Punekars at large are trying to preach – even at the cost of losing what all, & not giving up on whats not going to work ever – is primarily the reason! Not letting go – has cost Punekars from Pune city – the reputation of being deliberate hypocrites – & this hypocrisy is what gets them rejection everywhere. Hypocrisy (especially one that is not even letting selfish gains prevail, apart from what has no worldly benefit, but only curses) is the Pune version (Neurotransmitters driven via embedded tech, as an enabler ), & what especially mongers, & hate mongers on corporate workfloors of Pune, unlike anywhere else – neither in India, nor outside!

Notoriously enough – the glass building offices of Pune – are nothing but breeding grounds of hypocrisy (Pune version) activists – with embedded tech hijacking brain’s neuro transmitters – that are programmed soo extremely (for nothing but believe in wishful thinking that gets never be allowed to get real) – the notorious scenario is no less than being in a state of terrorrism against any professional outcome – whether deliverable or achievement! This might sound like a story from regions where investment banks of the world shun away from operating – albeit the investment banks’ offices housed in glass buildings of Pune city – are their biggest breeding grounds :). Why would I even pay to visit these places, however beautiful an architectural feat they may be, if all that visiting them causes – is force me to live someone else’s failures (forever) by taking it for granted – if I visit these places its an approval to be part of neuro-embedded tech brigade! And I haven’t talked of the fact – visiting these buildings is taken as tacit approval of any tom dick & harry claiming their stakes, & 100% ownership of your work & its associated renumeration as well as ownership of your professional contacts for their personal use – the Pune as made by Graduates migrated to USA from Pune :). Why should I ever visit these places? Can these ever be called even workplaces, or co-working places, or are these dacoit hubs that the graduates from this city – toil day & night to hypocritically conceal to look normal! The only employability quotient of these foreign exchange arbitrage payrollees is performing to farsed scanarios that can never be production shippable, & from here on, just farses!

The hypocrisy in these corporate workplaces of Pune – goes beyond, to forcing individuals in believing into misbeliefs – Being born a Hindu is synonymous to being a loser for life, being born a Maharashtrian is synonymous to being a loser for life, including the 99% of the personnel at these workplaces – creating scenarios, including driving professional & employment systems to that end – The definition of work, & definition of success in these Corporate offices of Pune city!

The only reason for any personnel – employees of companys’ or support staff, to be present in these offices of Corporate MNCs located around Pune city – is activism for the cause of irrational & reckless enforcement as way of work, and activism for anything but making corporate governance look helpless, and hapless. The end result is the same – Indeed, in these offices especially housed in glass building across the city of Pune,- the Bullies are prized, and awarded highest recognitions, where as the only mainstream expectation (which turned into mainstream belief (as much as the only reality) since around 2017) is “Corporate Governance is a namesake tool for records, Corporate Governance is helpless, hapless, and so shall it stay! Expect Systems to be driven for whimzical fancies, and Corporate Governance to be used as a SoR tool to enable Systems being willfully tweaked for whimzical fancies!” – The precondition (as much as the selection criteria) to be employed at these offices are

1. Need to have no skills, and no deliverable potential.

2. Need strictly to be in Neuro-Transmitter controllable embedded tech gear 24*7, including consent to be controlled digitally at will!.

3. Highly Skilled & utmost apt person for a job with no Neuro Transmitter support – will be demeaned, abused, and rejected!

4. Disclosure of being Radio-Tagged or not a must, and if not Radio-Tagged, you are unofficially official – not eligible to even apply for the highly skilled jobs and positions!

to name a few, & much more 🙂

The bigger concern is – These MNC Corporates’offices in Pune city have ended up creating a Pune city zone which is not just incompatible, but cut-off & marginalized from other parts of the world, including their own Companys’ offices elsewhere. From operations point of view – Pune is a blocker, as good as no-fly zones for airlines, where it was supposed to be (prime-royale zone) a normal office & key office like most other strategic offices of similar companys in this world :). Apart from the personnel “enforced” discontinuity of strategic plans, There is no end, but more hypocrytic scenario planning to prove it wrong (for sense gratification merely)! It is time to shun Pune City from corporate perspective – the only future of these glass building employees is to be identified as (no more strategic workforce) but just a huge global liability workforce, who’s granted scenario implementations in the interest of keeping ’em phished from the rest of global offices!

India has played its part in “Not endorsing” these scenario planners of Pune city, what about rest of the world? Are they going to post jobs with titles – ‘Professional Test Passers’, or ‘Scenario Enforcement Performers’, or how about ‘someone-else associates’, especially at the cost of losing genuine workforce to pre-conditions prohibiting them from even applying (for no legitimate or justifiable reason)?… since 2016… a decade of Personnel driven Pune City’s Corporate MNC Offices!
