My fav breakfast – is mostly south indian vegetarian delicacies – the idlis, the dosas, the wades, the uttappams, the masala tea, the filter kaapi – what else do you need? be it breakfast, lunch, or dinner, or hi-tea/snacks. Food is one ingredient that builds bridges – as I savoured Medu Wada yesterday – the wada built a bridge to south india – as I got nostalgic of my times in bangalore way back in 2007-08- where every morning, I used to ask my taste buds – which sambar today? Bangalore ka reddish, or chennai ka yellowish – & that used to be my decider which eatery or cafe I would munch on for breakfast :).
Global Workforce, and the Immense Talent – that has locked itself up in a way IMHO, especially in corporates… need food, right food, and the right food also includes – food for thought! Every morning, would you ask your brain cells – what is it… that you want to learn, or apply, or see it in action as implemented! Monday Blues is normal, But the food that the global Workforce needs to kickstart a Monday – as Monday (the start of a fresh new work week that should be exciting) – is probably inspiration to be self-driven, than follow robotic preset routines – human mind needs natural change, and natural light, as much as organic local food, at each locale :). Natural change is asking your brain cells, or minds the question – the world is literally a sea of topics, technology stacks, skills. what is it…that I should just take a look at may be… at my pace,,,without being pushed for deadlines, or deliveables. Reserver 30 minutes to start with, each day, and may be 60 minutes for a Monday – as your own personal space – for exploration, than delivery!
Delivery pressures are a givem, & probably need to exist in larger interests of your own ecosystems at large, but there is a world outside the deliery pressures – the open world is exploratory, whiere as the delivery stressed world is tried, tested, proven, but needs timely validation for quality – DO NOT REPLACE THE 2 DISTINCT WORLDS ๐ – so that.. you end your day of work satisfied – to spend time (literally for leisure) with family. to enjoy your food, than just gulp down a meal, & letting the food nourish – your body as well as mind, for another day tomorrow, and rest for the much deserved rest after a day of hard work :).
The definition of perfection as on today 07/05/26 IMHO – is getting a breathing space, a workaround, from blockages, and stoppages, that are unending, to detour from a messy congestion, so as to get not just time, but space, and private space – for your minds to trigger your brains, to (avoid retrospection for a day or two at least), to be able to see light at the end of tunnel of congestion, than be lost forever in the congestion of retrospection. Once you see the light beyond the tunnel, you will start reaching it as a daily habit, & this habit shall become your inspiring power – to one fine day… you will be out the tunnel, but until that final day – it needs patience, not loosing time but utilizing as much as possible(staying within the tunnel of security as opposed to tunnel of congestion) towards your own professional progress, as well as upskilling and reskilling towards an even better future – I owe back to the idlis, dosas, wades, and yes my favorite sambar and rassam – that I have savoured over the years, and will keep doing so for years tor come :).
